About
This work was born from the inside out.
Whole Woman Rising exists because too many women have spent too long living someone else's version of their life — and quietly knowing it.
The story
I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
I came into this world already navigating the margins. Born in the Philippines and brought to the United States, I entered the foster care system early — without the anchor of active, present parents to tell me who I was or that I mattered. I grew up searching for solid ground in a world that kept shifting beneath me.
That hunger for belonging shaped everything. I was desperate to fit in, to be accepted, to finally feel like I was enough — and that desperation made me easy to influence. I bent myself into whatever shape I thought would earn me love, approval, a place at the table. I became very good at performing a version of myself that had very little to do with who I actually was.
The turning point wasn't dramatic. It was quiet. A moment of stillness where I finally stopped asking who I was and started asking something more honest: Who do I aspire to be? Because I knew many parts of myself — and I didn't like them. They didn't represent what I believed, what I valued, or the woman I wanted to become. That question didn't crack me open so much as it gave me permission to finally build something true.
Whole Woman Rising was born from that journey. From the excavation, the grief, the reclamation, and the joy of finally living from the inside out. I created the tools I wish I'd had — and now I walk alongside women who are ready to do the same.

The mission
Every woman deserves to know herself fully — and live from that knowing.
Whole Woman Rising is a space for women who are done performing their lives and ready to actually live them. Through the workbook and coaching, we go beneath the surface — into the beliefs, patterns, and stories that have been running the show — and we build something true in their place.
What we stand for
Radical honesty
We don't do surface-level here. Real transformation requires the willingness to see yourself clearly — with compassion, not judgment.
Wholeness over perfection
You are not a project to be fixed. You are a whole person to be known. We work from that truth, not toward some idealized version of you.
Intentional rising
Growth without direction is just motion. We rise with purpose — toward a life that is genuinely, specifically, unmistakably yours.
Women holding women
This work is done in community and in relationship. You are not alone in this. You were never meant to figure it out by yourself.
Important notice
Coaching is not therapy.
